Asparagus cream soup with smoked salmon, egg and parsley.

Chill-Out Food
Asparagus Flamande, classic asparagus with ham, egg mimosa, butter sauce and parsley baby potatoes.

Vega Chill Out
Asparagus Benedict, asparagus with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, puffed tomato and parsley baby potatoes.

These weekly dishes are available until Wednesday the third of May at The Grass Company Spoorlaan. Reservations are not mandatory but recommended if you want to be sure of a place.
